About the contact desk

About Iskavéro Digital

Iskavéro Digital is a small U.S. team that runs its own contact desk. No outsourced call center, no ticket maze. When you call the number on this site or send the inquiry form, you're reaching the people who do the work.

Who answers when you write

Inquiries arrive in one of three inboxes based on the type you select: general, sales, or support. A team member reads each message, decides whether they can answer directly, and replies by your preferred contact method. There's no layer of gatekeeping between you and a real answer.

That matters most on a first contact. If you write about a billing question, a person who works on accounts reads it. If you write about a new project, someone who scopes work reads it. Nobody forwards your message to a script. On the contact form you can name a preferred channel — phone, email, or whichever you check sooner — and the reply comes back that way, so you are not chasing a thread to an inbox you rarely open.

General questions

Anything that isn't clearly sales or support: how we work, who we are, or where to start. Answered by whichever team member has the context that day.

Sales inquiries

Scope, timelines, and whether your project fits what we do. Read by the people who would run the work, not by a qualification queue.

Support requests

Something already in progress is broken, stalled, or unclear. These are triaged first so an urgent request doesn't sit behind a general question.

Why the contact process is built this way

We designed the contact area around what U.S. visitors actually scan for: a visible phone number, a short form, clear hours, and a stated response time. A page that hides those things wastes your time, so ours puts them at the top and keeps the rest of the page quiet.

Office hours as a commitment

Our hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. That's when the phone line is staffed. It's not a marketing claim, it's the schedule we keep, and we tell you when we're outside it so you can pick the channel that works.

Outside that window, the inquiry form still records your message and the phone line takes a voicemail. Both reach the same desk the next working morning — nothing drops into a separate after-hours queue.

A small team with deliberate routing

Splitting inquiries by type is how a small team stays fast. If everything landed in one inbox, a support request could sit behind a sales question for a day. Routing makes the queue match the urgency, and it's why we ask you to pick a type rather than guess.

What routing changes in practice

  • Your message stays with the thread it belongs to. No one re-files it, and no one asks you to repeat what you already wrote.

  • Urgency is visible before the message is opened, so a stalled project is picked up ahead of a general question.

  • The reply comes from someone who can act on it, including the first reply. If a longer conversation is needed, it starts there rather than in a form.

Pick a type on the form

The inquiry form asks for your name, a reply address, a type, and your message. That is the whole list. If you are unsure which type fits, choose general and say so in the message — we will move it to the right inbox.

Which type should I choose

What we don't do

Three habits are common on contact pages. Ours skips all three, and the form is short for that reason.

We don't sell your contact details

What you send stays with the team that answers it. Your address is used to reply to you, not to build a list for anyone else.

We don't add you to a marketing list

Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to anything. If you ever want updates, you would have to ask for them separately.

We don't qualify you with long questionnaires

If a request needs a longer conversation, we will start it in the reply, not in a fifteen-field form that asks for what you were about to say anyway.

Keeping records straight

If you've contacted us before, reply to the original thread instead of starting fresh. It keeps the history together and saves you re-explaining context. If you can't find the thread, include your reference number and we'll reconnect it.

If you cannot find the thread

Include the reference number from your earlier reply and a line about what the request was. We look it up, attach the new message to the existing history, and answer from the same place. Nothing about a repeat question is treated as a new case.

Trust is operational, not decorative

You can judge a contact page by how it behaves, not how it looks. Does the phone number answer? Is the response time honest? Does the form ask only for what's needed? Those are the questions we held ourselves to when building this site, and they're the ones worth checking us against.

Check the small things: call during the hours above and see whether a person picks up; send a message and see whether the reply answers the question you asked; look at what the form requests and count the fields. If any of that falls short of what this page describes, tell us in the reply — that is the fastest way for it to get fixed.

Send an inquiry to the desk

Five fields. Pick the type that fits and we route it from there. Your message records even outside office hours.

Your details are used to answer this message only. See the Privacy Policy for how records are kept.

Questions visitors send before they write

How quickly should I expect a reply?

Messages sent during office hours are read the same working day. Anything arriving overnight or over a weekend is picked up on the next working morning. Support requests are triaged first, so they move ahead of general questions.

Which channel should I use — phone or the form?

Phone suits anything you want to talk through, and it is staffed during the hours listed above. The form suits details you would rather write out, and it keeps a record you can reply to later. Both land at the same desk.

Can I change the type after I send it?

You do not have to. If the type looks wrong once we read it, we move the message to the inbox that fits and reply from there. That happens before you would ever need to resend anything.

What happens on a U.S. federal holiday?

The phone line is not staffed. Written inquiries still record, and they are read on the next working day. If something is time-sensitive, say so in the message so it is the first thing read.
