Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Iskavéro Digital collects, uses, and retains personal data submitted through iskavero.digital. It applies to the inquiry form, email, and any other contact channel listed on the site. The operator of the site is Iskavéro Digital.
Privacy questions by phone, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern
Who this applies to
Anyone who visits iskavero.digital or contacts us by form, email, or phone. It covers inquiries about our work, not personal data held by third-party sites we link to.
What is in scope
The inquiry form, email sent to our address, and calls to our number. Each channel collects only what you type, say, or send us.
Who is responsible
Iskavéro Digital operates this site and decides how the data you submit is handled. Questions about that handling go to our privacy contact below.
Data we collect
When you submit the inquiry form or contact us, we collect the details you provide. Nothing here is gathered in the background, and nothing you send is bundled into a profile.
Standard technical information — browser type and the pages you visited — is kept separately so we can keep the site working. It is not used to identify you personally.
- Name
- The name you type into the inquiry form, so we know who we are replying to.
- Email address
- Used to answer you and to send any follow-up you have asked for. If you email us directly, we keep the address you wrote from.
- Preferred contact method
- Tells us whether to reply by email or call you back, and at which number. It saves a round of messages.
- Inquiry type
- The category you pick in the form, used to route your message to the right internal inbox.
- Message contents
- Whatever you choose to write. Please share only what is needed to answer your question.
- Browser and page data
- Stored in aggregate for site reliability: browser type and the pages that were opened. Not linked to your inquiry record.
How we use your data, and how long we keep it
How we use it
Your data is used to answer your inquiry and to route it to the correct internal inbox. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for marketing purposes you did not request.
No automated decisions are made about you on the basis of what you send, and no profiling runs on inquiry records.
Legal basis and consent
We process your data to respond to a request you initiated. Where consent is required, submitting the form constitutes your consent to be contacted about your inquiry.
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing means we stop the reply you asked for, so tell us if you want the exchange closed or simply rerouted.
Retention
Inquiry messages and associated contact details are kept only as long as needed to resolve your question and maintain a record of the exchange.
You may request earlier deletion by contacting us. When a request comes in, we remove the message and its contact details from active systems.
Sharing and security
We do not share your personal data with third parties except where required by law or where a service provider processes it strictly on our behalf and under our instructions.
We do not permit those providers to use it for their own purposes. If a provider changes how it handles data, we stop using it.
What we can and cannot promise
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data you submit. Access is limited to the people who need it in order to respond to you.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute protection. If a message you sent contains sensitive details you would rather not leave in a record, call us instead of writing them down.
If you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, contact us first and we will look into it.
Your rights over your data
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have some or all of the following. To exercise any of them, contact us using the details below.
Access
Ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of the inquiry record and related contact details.
Correction
Have a wrong email address, name, or number fixed so replies reach the right person.
Deletion
Request that a message and its contact details be removed before our normal retention period ends.
Objection
Object to certain processing. Tell us what you object to and we will explain whether we can still answer your inquiry.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy. If you have an open inquiry, we will note a material change in that exchange.
Effective as of October 2026
