Legal — site use

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of iskavero.digital and the contact and inquiry features on it. By accessing the site, you agree to these terms. The operator of the site is Iskavéro Digital.

Use of the site

You may use this site to learn about Iskavéro Digital and to submit an inquiry. The public pages, the inquiry form, and the phone line are all meant for that single purpose, so nothing here needs a separate account or a login.

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to submit false information, to attempt to interfere with its operation, or to access it through automated means that place unreasonable load on our systems. That last point covers bulk scraping of the page copy, repeated form submissions from a script, and any attempt to probe the site for weaknesses rather than to contact us. If you are unsure whether a tool you want to run against the site is acceptable, call or email first and we will tell you plainly.

We may limit, suspend, or withdraw access to the site or to individual features without notice if we believe a visitor's use is abusive, unlawful, or disruptive to other visitors. Section headings on this page are Use of the site and the remaining clauses below; they describe conduct on iskavero.digital only, not any work discussed after an inquiry.

Inquiries and submissions

When you submit an inquiry, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. We may contact you using the details you supply to respond to your request. Submission of an inquiry does not create a contract beyond the exchange of information.

A routed inquiry is a request for information, not an order. Nothing in the form commits either side to a project, a price, or a schedule. Reply details for a submission are handled the way the Privacy Policy describes, and the way a submitted inquiry reaches a person is explained on How Inquiries Are Handled.

Do not send confidential material you would not want an outside party to see. If you need a signed agreement before sharing anything sensitive, say so in your first message and we will work out the arrangement before you send it.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text and design, is owned by Iskavéro Digital or used with permission. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference. The wordmark, the page layouts, and the written explanations of how inquiries are handled all fall under that protection.

Quoting a short passage with a link back to the page you took it from is generally fine for commentary, review, or teaching. Republishing a full page, reselling our copy, or training a commercial product on it is not. If you want to reproduce something and are unsure which side of that line you are on, ask us and we will answer either way.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Everything here is meant to be useful as general information about Iskavéro Digital and the inquiry process; it is not legal, financial, or other professional advice, and nothing on the site constitutes professional advice.

Pages may change as hours, routing, or process details change, and a page you read last week may not match the current one. The current version always applies.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Iskavéro Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where a claim does arise from a project rather than from the site itself, the terms of the relevant agreement between us govern it, not this page.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version applies to all visitors. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms. Section headings on this page are a table of contents for the clauses below; if a heading changes, the clause beneath it still governs the same visitor behaviour.

If we make a change that affects how an inquiry is submitted, we will note it on the page rather than quietly rewriting the text. Substantive changes to how submissions are handled also affect the details on Inquiry Types, so both pages move together.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected] or by calling +1 312-508-9496 during office hours, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday.

If you would rather write than call, the Contact page carries the same form and address, and the Contact FAQ answers the shorter questions about hours, reply times, and which materials to have ready.
