Contact questions, answered

The questions visitors ask most before reaching out. If yours isn't here, call us or send an inquiry and we'll answer it directly.

Reaching us

Three ways in, one team

Phone gets you a person. Email and the form get you a written reply you can keep. All of them land with the same group of people who read and answer inquiries.

Phone

+1 312-508-9496

Staffed 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday.

Email

[email protected]

Good for anything you want in writing. Read through the night; answered on the next business morning.

Form

Send an inquiry

Routed by type, so the fastest answer goes to the person who owns the question. Reads well for anything with attachments or detail.

Office

1201 Market Street, Suite 1400
Philadelphia, PA 19107, United States

Response times

What to expect after you hit send

Response time depends on what you're asking. The team sorts messages the moment they land, so the fastest replies go to anything time-sensitive. Setting your expectation honestly beats promising an instant answer we can't always keep.

General inquiries

Within one business day

Any question about the studio, a project, or how we work.

Sales inquiries

Same day, usually

Pricing, scope, and availability questions. If you have a deadline, say so — it moves the reply up the queue.

Support requests

Triaged first

Sorted before anything else if something isn't working. Include what you were doing and what you saw.

Weekends

Read Monday morning

Anything sent Saturday or Sunday gets picked up at the start of the next business week.

These are working targets for the team, not contractual obligations. Deliverable timelines on active projects are set separately in writing.

Hours and closure days

One set of hours, all year

We keep the same schedule every working week. That means nobody has to guess whether the studio is open.

Standard hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Eastern

Closed on

U.S. federal holidays. On those days the phone line is unstaffed. If a closure is extended for any reason, we say so in the auto-reply that goes out to messages received that day.

Weekends

No weekend phone line. Email and the inquiry form stay open, and everything is read the next business morning.

What to include in your message

Write the question first

A short message with the real question in the opening line is answered faster than a long lead-up. You don't need an introduction — you need the ask.

First line

State the question in one plain sentence. Not a paragraph of background — the ask, up front.

If we've talked before

Include the reference number from prior contact if you have one. It saves us the search and you the wait.

The outcome you need

Say what a good answer looks like to you. A timeline, a document, a quote, a name — whatever the reply has to contain.

Skip the preamble

Two plain sentences beat a page of context-setting. We won't think less of you for getting to the point.

Choosing a channel

Let the urgency pick for you

Call when

The matter is urgent, or the answer depends on a back-and-forth that would take six emails to do in writing.

Email or the form when

You want the exchange kept in writing — decisions, numbers, attachments, or anything you'll need to look back on later.

All three reach

The same team. There's no separate department on the other end of one channel and not the others — pick by urgency, not by address.

Your details

What we do with what you send

We use what you submit to answer you and nothing else. Not sold, not shared for marketing. If you'd like your message and contact details removed after your question is resolved, ask and we'll delete them.

Read the Privacy Policy

Office visits are by appointment. Call or email first so someone is there to meet you.

Questions this page doesn't cover

Most of what people ask us before reaching out is answered above. For anything else — pricing, timelines, a specific project, or something we simply haven't listed — the fastest route is a short message or a call during office hours.
