Inquiry routing Iskavéro Digital

How inquiries are handled at Iskavéro Digital

Here is the full path a message takes after you send it. No mystery and no “we’ll be in touch” void. You will know who reads it, how it is routed, and when to expect a reply.

Call during office hours

+1 312-508-9496

Urgent? Say so in the first line of your message and it moves to the front of the queue.

From arrival to answer, in four moves

Each stage below describes what the team actually does with your inquiry form submission, email, or call — and what you should expect back.

Step one

Your message arrives

Whether you submit the form, email [email protected], or call during office hours, the message lands in a queue the team checks throughout the business day. Weekend submissions wait until Monday morning, which we state up front rather than leaving you guessing.

Step two

Routing by inquiry type

The type you select — General, Sales, or Support — decides which inbox receives your message. Support requests go to the front of the queue because they usually involve something blocking or broken. Sales and general inquiries follow their own order. The routing is automatic, so you only pick the type that fits.

Step three

A person reads it

A team member reads your message and decides whether they can answer directly or need to pull in someone with more context. If they need more information, they ask in the reply rather than sending you back to a form. Every message gets a human read, not an automated acknowledgment and silence.

Step four

The reply

We reply by your preferred contact method. If that is email, you get a written answer you can keep. If that is a call, we propose two or three time slots instead of dialing unannounced. If your question needs no follow-up, we still confirm receipt so you are never left wondering whether it went through.

Response times in plain terms

General inquiries get a reply within one business day. Sales inquiries usually hear back the same day. Support requests are triaged first, before the rest of the queue, because they tend to involve something stopping your work.

If something is urgent, say so in the first line of your message and it moves to the front. We would rather you flag urgency than pad the message to sound important.

These windows assume a complete message. Missing context is the most common cause of delay.

Support requests are read before the rest of the queue — a reply proposal follows once someone has the full picture.

When the first reply is not enough

Escalation, on the same thread

If the first answer does not resolve your question, reply on the same thread and say so directly. It gets re-routed to a team member with more context.

Time-sensitive and stalled

+1 312-508-9496

Call during office hours and reference your earlier message so the conversation picks up where it left off.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Written messages sent outside those hours are read at the start of the next business day.

What can slow a reply — and what speeds it up

Slows it down

A message that says “please advise” without saying what about takes a round trip to clarify. Vague messages are not penalized, they are just slower.

Speeds it up

Include the actual question, any reference number you already have, the outcome you need, and the best way to reach you. A sentence of context saves a full exchange.

Changes the queue

Marking a message urgent moves it forward only when something is genuinely blocked. The flag is read by a person, so use it for real blockers and the word keeps meaning something.

What we do not do with your message

We do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it to send you offers you did not ask for. It is read to answer your question and kept only as long as needed. If you want it removed after the matter is closed, ask and we will delete it. The Privacy Policy has the specifics.

Read to answer you

Your message is opened by the person handling that inquiry type, and by anyone they need to bring in to give you a straight answer.

Kept only as long as needed

No marketing list is built from inquiries. When the matter is closed and the record is no longer useful, it stops being retained.

Removed on request

Ask after your question is answered and we will delete the message. The Privacy Policy explains what is kept, for how long, and why.

Contact FAQ

Does an automated system answer my message first?

You may get a confirmation that the message arrived, but a person reads it and replies. Nothing is closed out by automation.

What if I picked the wrong inquiry type?

Nothing breaks. Routing is automatic and the team can move a message to the right inbox once someone reads it. Reply and say what the message is really about if it matters.

Do weekend messages get read on Saturday?

No. Messages sent on Saturday or Sunday enter the same queue and are read when the business day starts on Monday. Calling outside office hours reaches voicemail.

Can I ask for a call instead of a written reply?

Yes. Say so in your message and we propose two or three time slots rather than calling unannounced. If none of them work, suggest your own and we will find a slot.

Send an inquiry

Tell us what you need in a sentence or two. Pick the inquiry type that fits, and the message goes straight to the right queue.

Still deciding how to reach us

Call and a person picks up during office hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Outside those hours, leave the question in writing and it is read at the start of the next business day.

Prefer email? Write to [email protected] with the same details you would type into the form, and it enters the queue the same way.
