This page is the front door. Call us, email us, or send the form below and we’ll route your message to the right person. Everything you need, phone number included, is on this screen.

Phone number

+1 312-508-9496

Mon–Fri, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern. A team member answers during those hours.

Prefer a written record? Write to [email protected].

Three ways to reach the team

Each route lands in the same inbox. Which one you pick changes only how fast we reply and whether you keep a written record.

By phone

Talk to a person during office hours

Call +1 312-508-9496 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. If we miss you, leave your name, number, and one line about the reason for your call, and we’ll return it the same business day.

By email

Keep a written record of the exchange

[email protected] reaches the same team. It’s the better choice when you want a written record or you’re writing outside office hours. Put your inquiry type in the subject line and the routing happens without you filling in the form.

By form

Route the message before you send it

Pick General, Sales, or Support in the inquiry type field, since that choice decides which inbox your message reaches and how fast it gets a response. The form asks for your name, email, preferred contact method, inquiry type, and a short message.

Fill in the form, we handle the routing

The form below asks for your name, email, preferred contact method, inquiry type, and a short message. Chosen after you submit, someone on the relevant desk reads it — you don’t need to know which teammate that is.

A few things help us answer on the first pass: state the question in the first sentence, then add any reference number, prior thread, or attachment context. Skipping the formal opening speeds nothing up — writing clearly does.

What to expect after you submit

  • — General inquiries: reply within one business day.
  • — Sales inquiries: usually the same day.
  • — Support requests: triaged first, so lead with anything that’s broken or blocking.
  • — Weekend submissions get read Monday morning.

Want the full sequence? Read how inquiries are handled.

Not sure? Choose General — we’ll reroute it if it belongs elsewhere.

We use your details only to reply. See the Privacy Policy.

One address, any hour

[email protected] reaches the same team that answers the phone. It’s the better choice when you want a written record, when you’re attaching a file, or when you’re writing outside office hours.

Put your inquiry type in the subject line — General, Sales, or Support — and the routing happens without you filling in the form. Messages that arrive overnight sit in the queue and get read when the desk opens.

Office hours and location

A single set of hours, coast to coast

We’re based in the United States and keep one schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday. There’s no separate weekend line. If you’re on the West Coast, the practical window is 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. your time.

Hours

What to expect after you submit

Response times depend on which lane your inquiry lands in. Here is how each one moves.

  • General Reply within one business day. Good lane for partnership questions, press requests, or anything that isn’t clearly sales or support.
  • Sales Usually the same day. Include the shape of what you need and any deadline in the first line so the reply can carry a real next step.
  • Support Triaged first, so lead with anything that’s broken or blocking. Reference numbers and prior thread context save a round trip.
  • Weekend & after hours Messages sent Friday evening through Sunday are read Monday morning. The phone line is not staffed on weekends.

Not sure which lane fits? Pick the closest one — a wrong guess costs less than a message that sits unread. Full detail on each lane lives on Inquiry Types.

A short note on writing

What makes a message easy to answer

Most slow replies aren’t slow because of the queue. They’re slow because the first read left a question open. A few habits cut that out.

State the question in the first sentence. Background can follow. If the ask is buried in paragraph three, the reply will take an extra day.

Add any reference number, prior thread, or attachment context. Even a rough description of when the thread started helps us find it.

Skip the formal opening. It doesn’t speed anything up. Plain language is read faster than a stiff one.

Tell us how you prefer to be reached. A phone number that rings once is worth more than a second email chain.

Before you write

Short answers to the questions that turn up most often on this page. More live on the Contact FAQ.

Does the form reach the same team as the phone number?

Yes. Every route on this page — phone, email, or the form — lands with the same team. The inquiry type field decides which desk reads it first, not whether it arrives.

Can I attach a file with the form?

The form itself doesn’t carry attachments. If you need to send a reference file, mention it in the message and email [email protected] with the file — one reply will cover both.

What are your office hours, exactly?

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays. There is no separate weekend line.

Do you take inquiries from outside the United States?

Yes. Our working hours are still anchored to Eastern Time, so plan the reply window accordingly if you’re writing from another region.

Can I visit the Philadelphia office?

Suite 1400 is at 1201 Market Street. Visits are arranged in advance — mention it in your message or on the phone and someone will set a time within office hours.
